Customer Receptionist / Service Advisor at Autowork in Örebro
We are looking for a service-oriented and car-savvy customer receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and manage bookings.
- Create work orders and provide quotes.
- Offer advice on service and repairs.
- Communicate with suppliers and order materials/parts.
- From the first customer contact and booking to follow-up and invoicing.
Maintain ongoing contact with both customers and mechanics/service advisors.
Qualifications:
- Experience from a car workshop or customer reception.
- Swedish / English.
- Good technical understanding of cars.
- Structured, communicative, and service-focused.
- B driver's license.
